We use mixed-gender sports to help adolescents break gender barriers and build socio-emotional skills.
A 3 year program, that works with cohorts of youth from government aided-schools, local neighbourhoods and villages. 


The curriculum is designed specifically for the communities we work with, combining the core principles of Ultimate Frisbee with meaningful opportunities for youth to engage, reflect, and apply their learnings.
